Welcome to ALEXWRAYART.co.uk - These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of artwork through my online store. By purchasing from me, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.⁠ ⁠Purchase and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via the accepted payment methods.

i reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or fraudulent activity.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping and Delivery

FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £200.

i CAN POTENTIALLY ship worldwide. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A DELIVERY QUOTATION. 

Orders SHOULD be dispatched within 5 WORKING days.

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping provider.

i am not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs processing.

4.⁠ ⁠Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of artwork, all sales are final AND i DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 HOURS with photographic evidence TO DISCUSS a replacement or refund.

Returns are only accepted for defective items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property Rights

All artworks are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of the artist.

Purchases do not grant reproduction or resale rights unless explicitly stated in writing.

6.⁠ ⁠Liability

i am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my products.

In any event, the maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

7.⁠ ⁠Privacy Policy

Personal data collected during the purchase process is used solely for order fulfilment and customer service.

i do not share customer data with third parties without consent.

8.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of UK.

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All artwork remains the property of “Alex Wray Art” unless otherwise agreed.

Artwork is available for display for 12 months, after-which it must be returned, or the Holiday Home Owners have the option to purchase.

An advert / feature on platforms you frequently use eg webpages, instagram etc

Any damage to the artwork during the display period is the responsibility of the hosting venue.

Sales and commissions can be arranged upon request.
